Minilabel is fast becoming the brand that people associate with quality labels at affordable prices.
We have kept the Website at the top of Google for many years for a huge range of phrases as competitive as 'labels', 'laser labels', 'inkjet labels', 'address labels', 'business labels' and thousands more relevant phrases.
Brief
With so many small orders being processed each day Minilabel needed a Website and business systems that were completely reliable. A faulty system could quickly result in hundreds and thousands of phonecalls and emails.
Many products needed to have complicated ordering processes to avoid missing order details but the ease of use for the customer was paramount.
A label design system was required which would work in any browser without Flash.
Solution
As designers we'd love to make the site look nicer. However, as business people we know that Minilabel needs to convey old fashioned good value and a slightly dated design works best for their sales.
With customers in every currency and with over 10,000 unique products the site is much bigger than you might imagine at first.
We also program Minilabel's office quotation system which produces quick quotations for any type of sticky label.
Results
We are particularly pleased with the ease of use of the site considering it has over 10,000 unique products buried within it.
We also put a lot of effort into maintaining Minilabel's free Google search positions
