We will dramatically increase your conversion rates by:

• Analysing log files using software we have written and perfected over the last ten years. What exactly does each visitor do? Why are so many leaving so quickly?
  
  
• We then suggest new landing page layouts and keep refining them until the log files show improved conversion.
  
  
• We look in depth at your online advertising. Our own customers spend between £10,000 and £20,000 per month with Google alone. By using a variety of techniques we will bring down the advertising cost of each sale and start to run adverts in areas you have not been able to penetrate before.
  
  
• Search engine positioning. We are experts at getting sites listed at the top of the free listings at Google. This is an industry that is full of thieves. Ask for evidence of top listings for highly competitive phrases.
  
  
• Improving the quality of photographs and employing high quality reliable video. We have over £20,000 worth of lighting, sound, video and photographic equipment to handle any project. Simon has been trained by the Institute of Videography in lighting, sound etc. A 60-90 second video is easy to watch and can convey considerably more information than a page full of text and pictures.
  
  
• Wizard programming. We call them wizards - they are sophisticated tools that integrate seamlessly with your website and allow your customer to quickly find what they are looking for. If a product or service has a lot of options which can get complicated then we can programme a wizard to make your website stand out from the competition. Wizards don't require any special software downloads.
  
  
• Selling process. It never hurts to have a fresh look by an outsider at your selling process. Benefits, objections etc.
  
  
• Is the price right? One of the most powerful tools that websites offer is the ability to split traffic and test different prices. We have many years of experience working with different businesses selling various products and services at many different price levels. We usually help businesses to sell the same product for more than their competitors - as much as three times the price. With many of our longer-standing customers we act as a sounding board for pricing and product strategy as well as being their web designer.

Simon produced some great videos for our client. The quality is much higher than videos I have seen on other websites. In over 6 months I haven't had a single complaint about the videos playing properly. In 2006 we launched a revolutionary new plumbing product to the UK market. The best way to sell the product was by demonstrating it but we simply did not have the resources to reach every plumber directly. Instead we approached Simon to come up with a cost effective solution for a web based video. He used a combination of existing video plus some additional footage prepared by himself to come up with a simple but clear video that could be viewed easily via our website. One great benefit was that, as a small business, we did not have to get involved in complicated hosting and technology issues as the video is held remotely on dedicated servers. This saved us a lot of time and hassle and allowed us to concentrate on selling the product itself.
